Bradley and his staff are very approachable so no-one should ever feel intimidated. It is important to them that everyone is welcome in the showroom. Bradley is always on hand to give advice and is keen to promote his commitment to service.


Bradley was acknowledged in Jersey's Customer Service Awards. The judges were impressed with the many individual stories of excellence in customer service and there was a mention as follows for Bradley CDG (HRD). "Bradley will go out of his way to deliver good customer service. Working all year round, six days (sometimes seven) a week, he has in his own spare time, even late at night, visited hotels to deliver items to holiday makers who have bought in his shop - even waiting in a hotel lobby once for a couple of hours as he didn't want to disturb the couple having their dinner."
